RETURNS & EXCHANGES

This Return & Exchange Policy was last updated on January, 2012.

At Ritual Cosmetics our main concern is to provide satisfaction to our clients. Therefore, we have developed a Return & Exchange Policy to support you in different situations.

Whenever you receive the products, you must unpack and check every item. If you want to return or exchange it, check our policy statements below:

If you are not 100% satisfied with your purchase, we will accept the product return within 30 days for exchange or refund. ATTENTION: the product must be in the condition you received it and in the original box and/or packaging accompanied with the Invoice. To exert your rights on this, please fill up the Return & Exchange Form sent with shipment.

EXCEPTIONS

Due to health regulations and sanitary concerns, some items cannot be returned or exchanged. They are:

  • No returns accepted on cosmetics, make-up, disposables, precision instruments such as tweezers, nippers, scissors, nail files, etc.

 

RETURNING SHIPMENT

For the returned product, we will verify the situation and inform you who will pay the freight costs. For cases like damages/incorrect products, we are responsible for the transportation costs.  

ATTENTION: For refund, we will first analyze your request. Once it is authorized, the credit will be deposited in your bank account or your credit card order will be properly cancelled. The procedure will take five business days to be completed, counting from the moment that the product is delivered at our warehouse. Please be advised that, in these cases, the freight value will be deducted.

You will be asked to inform the reason for your request, your name and invoice number so that we can instruct you in how to proceed with your return or exchange.

 

We will only accept returns previously approved by our Customer Service.
